The only alternative to the use of solid wood which is totally exempt of formaldehyde...

The philosophy and the research which support the whole marcaclac project (aiming at a comprehensive energetic saving) are clear in the selection of materials, in the shape of a total eco-sustainability, overcoming the directions of the law in force, which permits the presence of formaldehyde in E1 class furniture.

The metallic elements which make up the system, aluminium and steel, are totally separable, and ready for a correct recycle or for new uses.

In the high-tech solution, which envisages to maintain the aluminium profiles visible, it is possible to reduce the thickness of the covering and dividing panels up to 0.3 inches, diminishing of more than 70% the use of raw material.
